How long does it take to get my order?

All in-stock items generally leave our warehouse within 2 business days of your order. Shipping can take anywhere between 2 and 7 business days, depending on your location.

Why have I not received my entire order request?

Due to stock and demand, we will fulfill your order as best we can. We may not have the color you need. We will not replace out of stock items with other options without permission.

Why is shipping invoiced separately?

For your flexibility and best prices. Once you have all costs, you approve the final order + shipping, then we bill and ship your order.

Where is my order?

We have sent you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

What happens after I place an order?

We pack your order with available in-stock items, weigh the package and provide you with shipping options. Shipping will be added, as invoiced, in your order.

What if an item is not in-stock?

If the item is not in-stock, we delete the item from your order.

What type of returns do you take?

Only damaged goods within 5 days of receipt. You must show photos of damaged items with damaged packaging.
